Every vendor's coverage page is written to look big. This one also has to say what is shallow, because you find that out in week two either way — and only one version of that conversation survives a renewal.

Adapter-ready is not customer-ready. GB, US, BR and IN have project-bearing adapters, but each becomes available only when its own regional production store proves legal reuse, a fresh complete import, seven consecutive daily canaries, and a recent independent scorecard with useful denominators. No strong geography can carry a weak one. Theaccuracy pagepublishes measurements per geography rather than averaging them away; the console exposes the corresponding live launch gate.

The architecture can represent all twelve, but the list is not a claim that all twelve are producing customer data today. Producing sources are ranked rather than treated equally.

Where we are genuinely behind
Public-web depth. Today NESO TEC, EIA-860M, ANEEL SIGA and CEA RE are the four implemented project-register adapters. ANEEL's 25,041-row daily snapshot is live-schema verified but ODbL-gated. CEA's 654-row quarterly nationwide PDF is live-layout verified but cannot enter customer storage until prior reproduction permission and cross-quarter identity are resolved. Other reviewed GB crawls remain visibly acquired but unmapped until subject rules are reviewed. Three catalog countries still lack an implemented project adapter; Find a Tender remains staged behind a terms review.
News enrichment. Unzoi has a useful first-party REST and MCP surface, but its public terms are still a legal placeholder. Its metadata is therefore not in customer claims or exports. It will be a discovery overlay, never evidence authority, after binding terms and retention rights are recorded.
Contact depth. The incumbents have decades of named plant contacts built from phone calls. Ours starts empty and accrues slowly. If your buying decision rests on calling a named maintenance manager tomorrow, they are still better at that than we are.
Turnaround coverage. Planned shutdown windows mostly are not published anywhere; they come from relationships. We model turnarounds as first-class objects so we accrue them properly, and we expect this to take years rather than months.
